Questions

Is it really 30 seconds?
Your part is: a URL and a few questions. The scripts take a minute or two, and the videos render in the background, usually within hours for a full month. You approve every script before a video is made.
Are the videos labelled as AI?
Yes. The creators are AI, the platforms require the label, and we set it when posting.
Can the creator pretend to be a customer?
No. Our creators present your product; they never claim to have used it, and we don't make before-and-after or fake testimonial videos. The script checker flags anything that crosses that line.
What does it cost?
Credits. 1 credit is 15 seconds of Standard video; Premium (sharper, 1080p) is 2 credits per 15 seconds. A video's cost shows before you make it, failed renders are refunded, and unused credits roll over for up to 2 months of your plan.
What happens after the trial?
On day 7 it becomes the plan you chose, Growth unless you picked another. We email you three days before. Cancel in one click before then and nothing more is charged; cancel within 24 hours after with nothing made and the charge is refunded.
Can it post for me?
The calendar reminds you on the day with the file and caption. Automatic posting to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube is built and waiting on each platform's approval.
